Two more films…

In March 2023, we delivered two more films to an ongoing series of short films for the Government of Nunavut (EDT) about inspiring Inuit.

Films so far have been about a dog teamer, marine guide and artist. The two new films are about an Arctic Bay photographer, Niore Iqalukjuak, and Iqaluit-based filmmaker/writer, Roselynn Akulukjuk.

The films will be released by the GN sometime in 2023, and will be accompanied by support materials that will help Inuit access programs and funds to assist them to follow in similar career paths to those shown in the films.

Cultural Tourism Initiatives will also be showcasing the films, since they represent inspiring Inuit in conversation about their work, passions and dreams. All the films have been subtitled as needed so that are easily accessible to Inuktitut or English viewers.
